Arland Leroy Moorhouse

Moorhouse, Arland LeRoy Age 87 Of Stillwater, MN Died November 1, 2016. Arland was born in Red Wing and grew up in Randolph, MN. He was proud to have served his country in the Navy. He enjoyed woodworking and going to garage sales. He was a retired employee of Andersen Windows. Arland was preceded in death by wife Barbara; parents, Arthur and Pearl Moorhouse. Arland is survived by his loving children, Robert (Mary), Virginia, Colette (Robert) Schorr, Barbara Jean (Michael) Powers, Susan, Patrick (Amy), Judith (Randy) Hammons, and Joan (Scott) Bjork; 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; brother Willis; sisters, Elma Ann and Elda Mae. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 4, 2016 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church 423 S. 5th Street, Stillwater, MN. Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at Simonet Funeral Home, 6429 Osgood Ave N., Stillwater, MN and also one hour prior to the Mass at church on Friday. Interment will be a Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to St. Mary’s Window Restoration.
