Avalon Hope Greenbaum-Finch and Hadley Mae Greenbaum-Finch October 28th, 2016 Mother- Sara Greenbaum Father- Peter Green Adoptive Parents- Lucy and Jordan Finch Avalon Hope and Hadley Mae came into this world in the early morning of October 28th, 2016. They were with us only a short time, being held and loved every minute they were alive, but will continue to be loved forever. Remembered by Sara Greenbaum(Jacob,Jackson, Maya, Reese), Peter Green (Brynna & Malcolm, Malik, Corey), Lucy and Jordan Finch, and many friends and relatives near and far. Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 4, 2016, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 609 5th Street South, Stillwater, MN 55082 with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Luncheon to follow the Funeral Service Private Burial following at Epiphany Cemetery in Coon Rapids
