Beulah Eleanor Gunderson July 5, 1928 – April 7, 2018 Lifelong Stillwater Resident Preceded in death by her favorite dance partner and husband, John; sons in-law, Patrick Cossor, Sr., and Digger Johnson; brothers, Harlan and Herold (Danny) Anderson; and parents, Anton and Verna Anderson. Survived by daughters, Becky Cossor (Jim Borg), Jeneen Johnson, and Barbara Carter (Steve Holt); eight grandchildren, Katie, Sean, and Patrick Cossor, Michael Johnson, Colleen Radke, Stacy Carter Davis, Robyn Cran, Nick Carter, and their wonderful spouses. Proud Great- Grandma to Nate and Kirsten Cossor, Hunter, Danica, Bella, Charlotte, Eli, Peyton, Chase, Wynn, Honor, Zoe, Ashton, Rylea, Coal, Alexis, Marley, Chloe, and Colin. Sister in-law, Carol Anderson; all the Gunderson brothers and sisters in-law; and her many nieces and nephews both Anderson and Gunderson. She always knew everyone’s birthday and anniversary. Bea loved her family, music, books, working at the First National Bank in Stillwater, and traveling. Diagnosed with Alzheimers Dementia, she worked hard to keep her connections to family and friends alive and fretted when names and faces weren’t familiar. We cherished her moments of clarity amid the hours of confusion. A special thank you to Dr. Martha Sanford and to all the staff at Isabelle’s House in Chisago Lakes for your care, perfectly styled hair-dos, manicures, and being the best “kids” for Mom. As she always told you when you tucked her in at night, she loved you. Sweet dreams Mom, rest easy in Dad’s loving arms once again. Visitation will be from 10 – 12 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at Simonet Funeral Home, 6429 Osgood Ave. N., Stillwater, MN 55082. Interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
