Dale Lee Nelson

Age 65, passed away Thursday, February 27, 2014 at his home in Somerset, Wisconsin. Survived by daughters Jodi (Fred) Chu, Tammy (Carlos Leon) Urhammer, Brenda (Kevin) Iverson; grandchildren Katie, Matt, Justin, Nic, Benny, Jesse and Stefanee; mother Leona Nelson; brother Gerald (Lynn) Nelson. Also survived by many other family members and friends. Preceded in death by the love of his life, wife Carol (Prellwitz) Nelson and father Orris Nelson. A special thank you to close friends Howard, Mark and Chuck for all your help and care throughout this journey. A Celebration of Dale’s life will be held at 3 PM on Saturday, March 8, 2014, visitation will be from 1-3, all at Simonet Funeral Home, 6429 Osgood Avenue North, Stillwater, MN 55082. A gathering will be held at the Somerset Legion Post 111 following the service. Memorials are preferred to the family.
