Darlene Florence Peterson

Darlene Peterson (nee Schell), age 80 of Stillwater, passed away on August 9, 2018 at the age of 80. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Frances Schell; and siblings, Richard Schell, and Adeline Glennon. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Roger; sons, Todd (Susan), Brent (Christine); daughter, Laura; grandchildren, Anna (Chris) Mattaliano, Sarah, Mitch Kurtz, and Ellie Kurtz; special friends, Edith, Nancy, and Roberta; and many nieces and nephews. A special thank you to Greeley Health Care Center, Lakeview Hospice, and, Jen, Eileen, and Carol. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at the Church of Saint Michael, 611 S. 3rd St., Stillwater, MN 55082 with a visitation to begin at 9:30 a.m. in the church atrium. Private family burial will be at Fairview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Church of Saint Michael, Valley Outreach Food Shelf, or Lakeview Hospice.
