Sadly, our loving & dear father has passed away. Joyously, he has found the eternal peace and beauty that God promises for having lived an honest life of gratitude and service. We know Dad would have loved for you to participate in his last and final celebration - which will take place Thursday, October 3rd, 2019 at the Church of St. Michael in Stillwater, MN. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am and will be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Afterward, we humbly welcome you to a luncheon where we would like to share our favorite stories of Dad and to hear all of yours. We will publish Dad’s obituary this Sunday, September 29, 2019, on this website and in the Pioneer Press & the Star Tribune. Sincerely, Eric, John, Anna and Sarah Dr. David E. Survived by children: Eric (Ytmar) Crandall, John (BettyJo) Crandall, Anna (John) Shelander, Sarah Kramer and grandchildren: Alex (Alexis) Kramer, Abby (Romeo) Medina, Victoria Shelander, Weston Shelander, Anders Kramer, Ashton Kramer, & Noah Crandall and brothers: Phil Crandall and Bruce Crandall. Memorials preferred to the University of Minnesota Dental School. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, October 3rd at the Church of St. Michael (611 Third St. S. Stillwater, MN 55082). Visitation one-hour prior at the Church. Lunch served immediately after Mass.
