Dave, age 90, of Stillwater, passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at his home surrounded by his family. Dave was born on July 19, 1934 in Stillwater, the son of William and Claire (Elliot) Gunderson. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Judy (Judkins); children, Elizabeth (Craig) Koll, Jane Gunderson, Brian, and David (Megan); grandchildren, Tiffany, Isaac, A.J. Sam, Kyler, Austin, and Brooks; siblings, Leonard, Margaret Trent, and Rita McMenomy. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Joshua; siblings, Lawrence, Mary, William, John, Joseph, Gene, and Mark. Dave's greatest joy was his family and spending time with his grandkids. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at the Church of St. Michael, 611 S. Third St., Stillwater, MN 55082 with visitation will be one hour prior to the Mass at the church. Memorials preferred to Lakeview Hospice or the Church of St. Michael.
