Demeter "John" Kalinoff

Demeter "John" Kalinoff, age 83 of New Brighton, formerly of Stillwater passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at his residence. John is survived by his daughters, Karen (Paul) Oswood and Kristen (Scott) Jester; grandchildren, Madeleine, Elk, Rachel, Erin, Bethany, and Samuel; brother, Fred; sister, Louise Chickering; and many family and friends. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Susan in 1995 and his second wife, Jan in 2020. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 from 4-7 p.m. at Simonet Funeral Home, 6429 Osgood Ave. N., Stillwater, MN 55082. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery at a later date.
