Survived by children Leonard (Debbie) Berkholtz, Edward Berkholtz, Lenette (Bill) Young; grandchildren Sarah, Elizabeth, Kayti, John, Jami, Ryan (Jessica), Nathan & Joey; great grandchild Olivia.
