Gerald August Timm

Gerald August Timm, of Stillwater, passed away on September 4th, 2022 at the age of 88. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Anne, daughter, Lori, and granddaughter, Marissa. Dearly loved father of Barb (Jim) Ylinen, and Debbie (Chris) Brown; loving grandfather of Amanda (Nik), Natalie (Jack), Markie (Gabe), Elizabeth, Mary (Richie), Rebekah (Corbin), and Nathan (Sara); special great-grandpa to Harvey and Bennett; brother of Ken (Sally) Timm; and many nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
He was a loving, fun, supportive and wonderful husband, father, and grandpa and great-grandpa who devoted his life to his family, and was a true and caring friend to many.
We will miss the twinkle in your eye, visiting over coffee, Norwegian smiles, and making more memories. We will hold you close in our hearts and love you forever.
Funeral service will be at 12:30 p.m. Monday, September 12th at Simonet Funeral Home, 6429 Osgood Ave., N., Stillwater, MN 55082 with visitation beginning at 11:30. Burial at Fairview Cemetery, Stillwater, MN.
