Jack Grant Folsom, age 86 of Shoreview, passed away Sept. 5, 2018. Survived by loving wife, Joanie; children, Jeff, Lori (Jim), Kim (Chet), Heidi, and Michael; and many grandchildren. A celebration of Jack’s life will be at 4 p.m. on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Simonet Funeral Home, 6429 Osgood Ave. N., Stillwater, MN 55082 with a visitation one hour prior to the service. PLEASE NOTE Due to construction, use funeral home entrance on the North side of Orleans St & Osgood Ave. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society.
