James F. Lammers

James F. Lammers, of Stillwater, age 69. Passed away suddenly at his home on December 30, 2010. He was a graduate of Stillwater High School, Carleton College, and University of Minnesota Law School. He was a founding partner of the Eckberg Lammers law firm. He served as the City Attorney of Woodbury for 40 years. Jim received many awards for his various lifelong accomplishments in sports and his practice of law. He was passionate about his family, friends, golf, and boating on the St. Croix River. He is deeply missed by his wife of 41 years Sharon; children Sharry (Kevin) Finley, Peter (Kristina) and Katie; grandchildren Meghan, Brooke, and Teddy; mother June; sisters Jane (Dan) Johns, Julie (Mike) Edwards; brother John; and nieces, nephews and many friends.
