James L. "Jim" Buege

Passed away peacefully on October 29, 2007 surrounded by family. Preceded in death by wives Anita & Betty Lou; parents Emil & Elvira; son Mark. Survived by sons James Jr. (special friend Martha), Scott (Roxi), Tom (special friend Joni); stepsons David (Ann) Brookman, Greg (Jodi) Brookman, Todd (Julie) Brookman, and Doug (Susan) Brookman; 16 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brother Don (Ruth); sister Connie (Dick) Turner; many other family and friends. Jim was a 37 year retiree of Andersen Corporation, a member of the Quarter Century Club, the Minnesota State Softball Hall of Fame, and was one of the founders of the St. Croix Valley Athletic Association. Service 6:00 PM Thursday, November 1, 2007 at ASCENSION EPISCOPAL CHURCH, 214 North 3rd Street, Stillwater. Visitation 3:00PM until the time of service. A private family interment will be held at a later date. Memorials are preferred to the family to be used for the St. Croix Valley Athletic Association.
