Jane Oxtoby McDowell Nee Holmes Age 80 of Afton, MN Loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Great grandmother. Lady Jane passed away on the wing of an angel October 1, 2009. Preceded in death by son Bradd. Survived by husband of 46 years Terrence Ross; children Shelby Jane, Kevin Earl, Terrence Ross II, Jonathan Todd, Nancy Elizabeth; and many grand and great grandchildren. Jane leaves a sister Nancy Knapp of St. Paul; brothers Anthony Holmes of Prescott, WI, and brother Thomas Holmes of Palm Springs, CA.
