Jean Ann Dahlin

Jean Ann Dahlin, age 82 of Bayport passed away on Friday, July 8, 2016 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul. Jean is survived by her daughter Sally, and many other family and friends. Preceded in death by her husband Richard; son Craig; sister Marilyn Peterson; brother Donald Peterson; parents Roy and Adeline Peterson. Jean worked for 3M before taking time off to raise her children. She then went to work as a cook for the Stillwater School District until her retirement in 1989. She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church and the Bayport American Legion Auxiliary Post 491. Jean loved Friday night Bingo and fish fry’s at the Legion. She especially enjoyed taking trips to the North Shore. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 14th at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 490 N 4th Street, Bayport, MN 55003 with visitation one hour prior. Burial will be at Hazelwood Cemetery in Bayport. Memorials preferred to the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society or to Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
