Westrom, Joan V. Age 90 of Stillwater Joan passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at the Golden Living Center – Greeley in Stillwater. Joan was born on September 27, 1926, the daughter of Gilbert and Adelle Garbe in Stillwater. She is survived by her Son; Tom (Robin) Westrom of Cranberry PA. Daughters; Joni (Jim) Seagreaves of Crystal River FL, Linda (Jim) Bunday of Las Vegas NV. Grandchildren; Brian and Gabrielle Westrom, J.J. Seagreaves, Jim Cedarbloom, Lisa and AJ Letourneau; 11 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. God saw Joan getting tired and a cure was not to be, so God put his arms around Joan and whispered come to me. Joan’s gentle heart stopped beating. Hard working hands at rest. God took Joan home to prove to us, he only takes the best. Joan and Mel left Stillwater to go to Florida for 20 years but loved and missed Stillwater so much that they came back for the last 18 years. Private family services .
