John "Jack" Halbach

John 'Jack' Halbach LOUISVILLE, Ohio. -- John William "Jack" Halbach, 53, formerly of Wooster, Ohio passed away Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009, in Louisville, Ohio. Surviving are children, Erin Ann Halbach of Chicago, Ill.; and Matthew John Halbach of North Canton, Ohio; his mother, Edria Halbach of Baraboo, Wis.; brothers, Thomas (Joey) Halbach of Mahtomedi, Minn., Andrew (Donna) Halbach of Westfield, Wis., and Daniel (Annette) Halbach of Baraboo, Wis.; and two nieces and four nephews. Jack was preceded in death by his father, Richard Frances Halbach. Jack's burial will be in Somerset, Wisconsin at 10:30 am on October 31, 2009. The James S. O'Brien Simonet's Funeral Home in Stillwater Minnesota, is assisting the family. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 727 8th St., Baraboo, Wis. 53913.
