John "Jack" Mcginnis

McGinnis, John “Jack” In Loving Memory 1931-2014 Jack died peacefully, in his home, at the age of 83. He was a Korean War veteran, enjoyed playing cards, hunting, golfing, fishing, and sitting by the fire at his home by the lake. Jack lived his life to the fullest and was loved by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack & Bonnie McGinnis, and his brother, Bob McGinnis. Jack is survived by his wife Margaret “Jean” McGinnis whom together cherished 62 years of marriage. He is also survived by seven children; Jim, Linda (Joe) Huseby, Bob (Nita), Connie (Tony) Glyzinski, Barb McGinnis (Mark Dunwoody), Mary McGinnis (Brian Longseth), and Bill (Heather Dugan). Jack was a wonderful grandfather to nine grandchildren and one great grandson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Stillwater American Legion, 103 3rd St. S, Stillwater, MN on Friday November 14th from 3:00 until 6:00. Memorials are preferred to the family.
