Kathryn "Kay" Doe

Kathryn “Kay” Doe, age 90, of Stillwater, died peacefully at home February 24th, 2016 surrounded by her family. Born September 29th, 1925 to Henry and Alverna Cover. Kay was a long time member of the Church of St. Michael in Stillwater and worked for 39 years at St. Croix Catholic School. Preceded in death by her husband of 29 years George Lyman, son Robert, parents, and siblings, John and Donald Cover, and Barbara Buckley. Survived by her children; Daniel (Barbara), of Centreville, VA, Mary (Allan) Krans, of Dover, NH, Timothy, of Stillwater, MN and Martha (Robert) Frederickson, of Eagan, MN; 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Croix Catholic School in Stillwater, MN. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 27, 2016 with visitation 2 hours prior to the Mass all at the Church of St. Michael, 611 South Third Street, Stillwater, MN 55082. Interment will be at St. Michael’s Cemetery, Bayport.
