Kenneth E. Munson Age 87 of Stillwater Whirlpool Retiree of 36 Years Passed away May 24, 2007. Survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary Kay; sons Robert J. (Kim) of Stillwater and John L. (Michelle) of Auburn, WA; four grandchildren Ryan, Nisha,, Jared, & Kailee Munson; 2 great-granddaughters Hope and Faith; sister-in-law Eileen R. Peterson; nephews Paul D. Peterson & William V. Peterson; nieces Beth A. Dahl & Susan J. Cudahy. Ken graduated from Stillwater High School in 1938. He was a WWII Veteran serving from January 30, 1942 until December 13, 1945. Lifetime member of the VFW and American Legion Post #48. He received a Lifetime Certificate from Whirlpool in 1981. Memorial Service 7:30pm Wednesday, May 30, 2007 at SIMONET FUNERAL HOME, 6429 OSGOOD AVE N, Stillwater. A gathering of family & friends from 5:30PM until the time of service. Private interment at a later date. Memorials are preferred to the family.
