Laura Baker Radke

Passed away peacefully on Good Friday, April 2, 2010 in Tampa, Florida, surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 19, 1953 in Lake Forest, IL. and graduated from Carmel High School, Mundelein, IL in 1971. Laurie was an amazing person and loved by all those who knew her. She was preceded in death by her father Arthur Baker, Jr., grandparents Arthur and Erna Baker, and Janet and Roy Scott, mother and father-in-law Dorothy and Leonard Radke. Laurie is survived by her husband Bill Radke of Tampa, FL; mother Dorothy Baker of Libertyville, IL; sisters Nancy Baker of Green Oaks, IL, Donna Baker Bishop (Corky) of Gordonsville, VA, Susan Phillips (Craig) of Libertyville, IL; brother William Baker of Corbin, KY; son Christopher Liakos of Tampa, FL; 5 nieces; 4 nephews; 2 great nephews; aunt Elaine Cascarano of Lake Forest, IL; step-children Jodi (Eric) Snell and their chidren Megan and Kendall McCain and Jacob, Joshua, and Sophia Snell; Brad (Heather) Radke and their children Kasey and Ryan Radke; brothers-in-law Richard (Deborah) Radke, Lynn (Noriko) Radke, Jeff (Pam) Radke; and dear friends Lora and Paul Goins of Tampa and Suzanne and Joe Baranowski of Severna Park, MD. Laurie loved the outdoors, fishing and was an avid baseball fan (Go Twins)! She also loved music and was an active member of the bell choir of St. Maryâ
