Leo Schouweiler

Leo David Schouweiler, age 69 of Stillwater, passed away February 17, 2025. Born on August 18, 1955, Leo spent most of his life in Stillwater. He was a proud graduate of Stillwater High School, Class of 1973, and made many friends along the way. Throughout his life, Leo faced many challenges but persevered through all, never giving up thanks to the unwavering support of his friends, family, and ACT Team. He will be remembered by many for his passion for photography, his appreciation for music, especially for 60s and 70s rock and roll, and his love of being on the St. Croix River with his canoe. Leo will always have a special place in our hearts.

Leo will remain in the hearts of his mother Delores "Dodo"; siblings Ed and his wife Sandy, Marge Patten and her husband Wes, Dave and his wife Kim, Peter and his wife Kirsty, and Tom and his wife Susannah; nieces and nephews, Rebecca, Jason, Steve, Alison, Kaira, Nikolas, George, and Rose; along with many other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank.

A Memorial Service for Leo will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Simonet Funeral Home, 6429 Osgood Ave N, Stillwater, MN. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
