Marguerite Gedatus (nee Schnell), age 88 of Stillwater died Thursday, July 18, 2013. Marguerite was preceded in death by parents Anthony and Christine Schnell, husband Clyde, young son Ricky, daughter-in-law Toni Gedatus, and sister Agnes Burgess. Survived by children Gustav, of Minneapolis, Judy Kislenger (Jerry) of White Bear Lake, Robert (Gena) of Stillwater, and Daniel of River Falls, WI; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, brothers Raymond (Bobbi) of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, Jerome (Eva) of Port Townsend, Washington, Thomas (Betty) of Kansas City, Missouri, Dorothy Gerson, Jeannine Hoffbeck (Craig), and Jo Becker of Stillwater, Betty Herbert of St. Paul, and many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial was held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at the Church of St. Charles, 409 N. 3rd St., Bayport. Visitation was held for one hour prior to the Mass at church.
