Michael Shaun Collins

Born August 19, 1944 in Wallasey, England. Died October 7, 2021 in Bayport, Minnesota. Survived by wife, Mary Ann, sons Ted (Kathy) and Pat (Heather) and grandchildren Brady, Peyton, John, Hannah, Dayne and Sydney. Mike was a son, cousin, friend, teammate, husband, grandfather, godfather, coach, teacher and hero. Mike would frequently say, "Every day is St. Patrick's Day for the Irish." We miss Mike, but we know his Irish eyes are looking down on us with his eternal love and support. Funeral services will be held on October 22, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 16770 13th St. South, Lake St. Croix Beach, Minnesota. A visitation will be held at the church one hour before the funeral. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any donations be made to Lakeview Memorial Hospice, the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society or to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
