M. Josephine Lupient

M. Josephine Lupient, age 93, died Thursday, March 6, 2008. She was born in Stillwater, the daughter of Robert and Josephine (Clarey) MacDonald. She graduated from Stillwater High School and from the University of Minnesota, where she was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority. She will be greatly missed and is survived by her children Mary Jo and husband Donald Teed and Robert and wife Candice Lupient; four grandchildren: Elizabeth (Pat) Collins, Robert Teed, Jennifer Doscow and Michael Lupient; three great-grandchildren, Michael and Timothy Collins and Emily Doscow. She is also survived by three brothers: John MacDonald (Patty) of Minneapolis, Robert and Daniel (Jeanne) MacDonald of Stillwater. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Anne, and her husband Gerald. Jo was on the girl scout council, worked for the bloodmobile and United Fund, and was on the board of directors of Croixdale Retirement Home. She was a fabulous bridge player, avid reader and crossword puzzle addict. Funeral services will be held at ST. MICHAELâ
