Born April 13, 1923 and passed away on February 12, 2019. Norman was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Preceded in death by wife, Kathleen ‘Kay’; and sons, Gary and Robert. He is survived by children, Kenneth (Michelle) and Barbara (Shawn) McConaughey; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild. Celebration of Life will be from 1-3 p.m. on Friday, February 22, 2019 at Simonet Funeral Home, 6429 Osgood Ave. N., Stillwater, MN 55082. Burial will be at Willow River Cemetery, Hudson, WI in the spring. Arrangements are being handled with Simonet Funeral Home, Stillwater, MN.
