Patricia Susan Collins (Nee Samek)

Age 70 of Stillwater, died peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, August 22, 2015. Patricia is survived by her children; Deb (Scott) Johnson, Ken Schorr, and Corrine Schorr; grandchildren, Anthony and Hannah; brothers, Phil and Dave Samek. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Michael Collins and her parents, Donald and Dorothy Samek. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m., on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 with visitation one hour prior to the Mass all at the Church of St. Michael, 611 South Third Street, Stillwater, Minnesota. Interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials are preferred to the Zach Sobiech Children’s Cancer Research Fund.
