Patricia Anne Qualey

Died peacefully on September 20, 2009 at University of Minnesota Hospital of complications related to acute leukemia. Survived by husband James with whom she shared 57 wonderful years; son Bradley (Caroline); daughter LuAnn Hunt (Randall); grandsons Michael, Steven, Peter; brother Larry Dissmore (Midge); sisters Mitzi Chapman (Tom), Mary Harsha (Robert), Diane Mens (Ward). Preceded in death by parents Lawrence and Katheryn Dissmore of Menahga, MN. Born in Park Rapids, MN March 10, 1931. Patricia attended the University of Minnesota and graduated with a psychiatric nursing degree from Glenwood Hills Hospitals in 1950. She married James E. Qualey on April 5, 1952. She had two children whom she lovingly raised. The family moved to Stillwater in 1964 when her husband became co-owner of St. Croix Rexall Drugstore, and â
