Preceded in death by parents James and Marie Tibbetts and loving husband Harold. Survived by son Harold (Nan) of St. Cloud; two grandsons Steven and Timothy; brother James (Shirley)of Stillwater; sister Marilyn Bibeau of White Bear Lake; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Phyllis loved being a mother and took pride in raising her only son Harold. In her spare time she enjoyed embroidery, ceramics and wallpapering.
