Richard G. Riedesel

He was born 11-18-1919 in Crookston, MN, the son of George and Elise (Bailey) Riedesel. He graduated from North Saint Paul High School in 1938. In 1941 he started his 38 year career at 3M, where he developed many patented products ,was inducted in the Carlton Society and became a corporate scientist in 1978. Preceded in death by parents, sisters Esther Seitner and Margaret Chamberlain. Survived by wife Marion Eichenlaub Lane-Riedesel, first wife Geraldine Suchomel- Riedesel; son Gregg and wife Julie; granddaughters Alisha and Ashley; great-grand daughter Madison.
