Steven K. Haddeland

Steven Karl Haddeland passed away Friday, February 17th, 2012. He was born on July 23rd, 1953 in Mahnomen Minnesota to parents Karl and Gudrun Haddeland. He was raised in Waubun Minnesota on the White Earth Indian Reservation. He graduated as class president and captains of both the football and wrestling teams from Waubun High School in 1971. He received a full football scholarship from Concordia College. He finished his college degree with a double major in Biology and Chemistry with Honors. Steven was a well known and nationally respected manager in the Managed Healthcare Industry. He was currently the National Manager of Managed Market and Reimbursement Managed Accounts with Shire HGT. Steve was a devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was deeply devoted to his parents, his wife Deborah of 36 years, and his three children, Patrick, Amy, and Mathew. His hobbies included wood working, fishing, and spending time with his family. Steven was deeply loved by his family and friends, and was always ready for a party. His siblings include Gerd Kessler, Kaare Haddeland, Lila Trandem, William Haddeland, and Peter Haddeland. He is greatly missed by all. Funeral Service 11 am Thursday February 23, 2012 at Christ Lutheran Church, 11194 36th Street N, Lake Elmo. Visitation 1 hour prior to the service at the church.
