William David Weiss

Weiss, William David U.S. Navy Veteran Age 90 Of Oak Park Heights, passed away June 15, 2013. Served in the US Navy during WWII. Survived by his wife of 71 years, Ginny; children Carl, Carol (Fred) Carlson & Marykay; grandchildren Angie, Kelly, Stacy (Kris), Melissa, Ashley & Justin; great granddaughter Sophia; sisters Marjorie Mikesell & Barbara Zipperman; sister-in-law Irma Weiss; along with many loving nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Carl & Elsa Weiss; brother Donald; brothers-in-law Charles Mikesell, Heince Zipperman, William Esnough & Clifford; sisters-in-law Dee Esnough & Margaret Esnough; and nephew David Mikesell. A celebration of Bill's life will be held at 11:30 AM on Thursday, June 20, 2013 at BOUTWELLS LANDING Retirement Community Chapel, 5600 Norwich Parkway, Oak Park Heights. A private interment will be held at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery with military honors. Memorials preferred to Alzheimer's Association.
